The Division
Framing should not depend on the weather.
Cutting and assembling a house outdoors, in the wind, on uneven ground, by whoever showed up that morning, is the least controlled part of residential construction. It is also where most of the schedule risk and a surprising share of the material waste lives.
Warehouse Production moves that work indoors. Walls are squared on a jig, trusses are built to an engineered drawing, and everything is labeled and stacked in the order it will be needed. The crew on site then does the part that actually requires being on site.
The division supplies BACRE builds first and sells surplus capacity to outside contractors and owner-builders.

Product Lines
What comes off the floor.
Wall panels
Exterior and interior stud walls framed to the plan, with openings, headers, and sheathing where specified. Delivered squared, labeled, and in set order.
Roof trusses
Trusses built to an engineered drawing for the span and load the plan calls for — consistent, stamped, and stacked for the lift.
Modular sub-assemblies
Floor cassettes, gable ends, porch and dormer assemblies, and other repeatable pieces that are faster and truer built on a bench than on a ladder.
Why It Pays
Control the cost, and the schedule follows.
Component production is what lets the rest of BACRE quote a build with confidence. Material is bought and cut to a list instead of estimated and over-ordered. Labor happens on a predictable indoor schedule instead of in bursts between rain days. And a panel that arrives square does not cost a day of correction on site.
For affordable and program housing, where the margin between viable and impossible is thin, that control is frequently the whole difference.
