Real Estate
Acquisition, investment, and property management — multi-unit and single-family purchases, off-market and owner-carry structures, land assembly, tenant placement, and voucher-supported housing. This is where a project starts and where it ends up.
Construction & Contracting
Our own crews scope, permit, and rebuild the distressed property BACRE acquires, and handle the ground-up residential work and turnover make-ready that keep vacancy short across the portfolio.
Manufactured Homes
Manufactured, modular, and barndominium placement on BACRE-owned acreage — site prep, foundation, set, and utility hookup. Where site-built pricing does not pencil, this is the honest path from raw land to a family living on it.
Warehouse Production
Wall panels, roof trusses, and modular sub-assemblies built indoors on a jig, then shipped to the site. Supplies our own builds first and sells surplus capacity to outside contractors.

BACRE INC. is a California corporation registered with the Secretary of State. The four divisions are lines of business inside it, each with its own scope and its own desk.
As a division carries enough revenue and liability of its own, it moves into a separate operating company beneath BACRE INC. — so the assets, the tenants, and the tools each sit in their own box. Until then, the structure stays as simple as the business actually is.

How They Work Together

Real Estate acquires
The parcel is sourced, zoning and utility access are verified, the numbers are modeled, and Bacre Investments closes.
Production builds
Wall panels and trusses are cut and assembled indoors while the site work is still being permitted. No weather delay, no framing surprise.
Construction sets
Site prep, foundation, panel set or home placement, and utility hookup — permitted and inspected so the finished asset is financeable and insurable.
Management operates
The tenant is screened and placed, rent is collected and booked, and the property enters a funded maintenance schedule.
